Fofos de chouriço / Chorizo fritters

Esta receita foi tirada do livro "Cozinhar sem gastar" da Anabela Almeida. Tem receitas muito económicas e rápidas de fazer. Estes fritos de chouriço foram feitos para acompanhar uma sopinha.

This recipe was taken from the book "Cooking without spending" of Anabela Almeida. The recipes have very cheap and quick to make. These chorizo fitters were made to accompany a soup.


Ingredientes:
1 chouriço de carne
2 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo
2 ovos
2 colheres de sopa de azeite
leite
salsa picada
sal e pimenta

Picar o chouriço com a picadora e reservar. Numa tigela misturar a farinha com as gemas, o azeite, o sal, a pimenta, o chouriço, a salsa e um pouco de leite. Mexer bem até ficar em creme.
Batem-se as claras em castelo e mistura-se com a massa, sem bater.
Levam-se colheradas de sopa a fritar.
Comer ainda quentinhos.


Ingredients:
chorizo
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
milk
chopped parsley
salt and pepper


Mince the sausage with a food processor and set aside. In a bowl mix the flour with the egg yolks, olive oil, salt, pepper, chorizo​​, parsley and a little milk. Stir until well creamed.
Beat up the egg whites and mix gently with the dough.
Take spoonfuls of dough to fry.
Eat still warm.
