Donuts no forno / Baked donuts

I'm always ready to help my kids' school in whatever it needs. I did so in the previous school that they attended and I will do it in the school that they attend now. So, at the request of my son, I made these donuts  for the bake sale at school. From what I was told, the donuts disappeared in an instant, leaving my son very happy!
These donuts are quick to make and have the advantage of not being fried. Are so good, that after bringing my kids from school I had to do more for them to eat :)

Ingredientes (18 donuts)
2 ovos
1 colher de chá de baunilha
2 colheres de sopa de Becel líquida

Cobertura:
125g de manteiga derretida
açúcar branco
açúcar amarelo
canela

Pré-aquecer o forno a 180ºC.

Ingredients (18 donuts)
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
a pinch of ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons liquid Becel

Topping:
125g of melted butter
sugar
brown sugar
cinnamon

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Grease the donuts pan (you can also use a cupcake pan) with Espiga oil spray.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt. In another bow mix well the buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and liquid Becel. Mix the liquid ingredients with the dry ones.
Fill donut pan up to 3/4 of the capacity and bake for 10 minutes (be careful not to over time or the donuts will become dry).
While they're hot brush with melted butter (not too much) and cover with the mixture of sugars and cinnamon.
