Bolachas de chocolate e amêndoa / Chocolate and almond cookies

I wanted to make some cookies for my kids snacks and this recipe, which came out in the magazine Modern Women in the Kitchen - Chocolate Special this month caught my attention. They aren't too sweet and are very tasty accompanied by a tea.

Entretanto aquecer o forno a 200ºC.

Brás style cod fish is something that I make and everyone around here loves. One of these days I had a few pieces of meat in the freezer, so I decided to boil it with herbs and onion to make this Brás style meat. We continue to prefer this dish made with cod, but it is a great way to use leftover meat.

Ingredientes:
400g de carne cozinhada
1 linguiça cozida e cortada em rodelas
200g de batata palha
1 cebola às rodelas
3 ovos
azeite
salsa
sal e pimenta qb
