O calor chegou em força e a vontade de comer sobremesas fresquinhas também! Mas como não devemos abusar nas gorduras e no açúcar, fiz este tiramisù cremoso e delicioso. Sem natas, sem ovos, com pouco açúcar, muito rápido de fazer, muito fácil e com poucos ingredientes. Mas passemos à receita!
The heat has arrived and, with it, the desire to eat fresh deserts. As we shouldn't eat to much fat and sugar, I made this creamy and delicious tiramisù. Without cream, eggs, low on sugar, very fast to make, very easy and with only a few ingredients. But let's get on to the recipe!
5 iogurtes gregos magros açucarados
250g de palitos La Reine
200g de mascarpone
3 colheres de sopa de açúcar
1 litro de água
3 colheres de sobremesa de café solúvel
1 colher de essência de baunilha
cacau em pó para polvilhar
framboesas para decorar (opcional)
Numa tigela aquecer a água e misturar o café solúvel e 1 colher de sopa de açúcar. Noutra tigela bater os iogurtes com o mascarpone, a baunilha e as restantes 2 colheres de açúcar, até se obter um creme homogéneo.
Cobrir o fundo de uma tigela com um pouco do creme. Embeber levemente os palitos La Reine no café e dispor em cima do creme sem deixar buracos. Repetir estas duas operações até acabar com o creme e com os palitos. Terminar com a camada de creme.
Polvilhar com o cacau em pó e decorar com as framboesas. Guardar no congelador durante 30 minutos e servir.
Ingredients:
5 light and sweetened Greek yogurts
250g of ladyfingers
200g of mascarpone
3 tablespoons sugar
1 liter of water
3 teaspoons instant coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
cocoa powder for dusting
raspberries to decorate (optional)
Heat water in a bowl and mix the instant coffee and 1 tablespoon sugar. In another bowl beat yogurt with mascarpone, vanilla and the remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar, until you get a homogeneous cream.
Cover the bottom of a bowl with a couple tablespoons of the yogurt cream. Lightly soak the ladyfingers in coffee and arrange on top of the cream without leaving holes. Repeat these two operations until you have no more cream and ladyfingers. Finish with a layer of yogurt cream.
Dust with cocoa powder and decorate with raspberries. Store in the freezer for 30 minutes and serve.
