Ingredientes:
Para o bolo:
240g de farinha
320g de açúcar
200ml de óleo
200ml de água a ferver
3 colheres de sopa de cacau em pó
1 colher de sobremesa de fermento em pó
6 ovos
Para o recheio, cobertura e decoração:
2 latas de leite condensado
1 medida de lata de leite normal
3 colheres de sopa de chocolate em pó
3 colheres de sopa de coco ralado
2 embalagens ovos moles (comprei no pingo doce)
1 embalagem de fios de ovos
metades de nozes
confeites de chocolate
Misturar os ingredientes secos numa tigela grande. Adicionar as gemas e o óleo e misturar.
Apreciem!!

My husband's birthday was past weekend and I had to make something delicious to celebrate it. After much searching in my cookbooks, magazines and the Internet, I found this recipe in the blog Blame it on the crackers.
The cake itself is delicious, but the cream used to cover only advise for those who love things too sweet. My husband loved it, because he loves sweets. :)
At home all love Ovos Moles (all but my little one) I decided to fill the cake with it and decorated with Fios de ovos (only remembered them after you have taken a picture) and nuts. It was sweet as my love!
Ingredients:
For the cake:
240g flour
320g sugar
200ml oil
200ml of boiling water
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder
6 eggs
For the filling, covering and decoration:
2 cans of condensed milk
a can measure of normal milk
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons of grated coconut
2 packages Ovos Moles (bought at Pingo Doce)
fios de ovos
walnut halves
chocolate decorations for cakes
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Add egg yolks and oil and mix. Then add the hot water and stir the batter. Beat the egg whites and mix it carefully in the batter.
Distribute the dough for two round shapes and bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C.
Leave the cakes to cool in the molds.
Meanwhile make the cream to cover the cake, adding the cans of condensed milk, milk, cocoa powder and grated coconut. Bring to medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. (When the custard cools, it thickens even more)
After cold, unmold them and put them on a serving plate. Cover with ovos moles and place the second cake on top. Cover with the condensed milk cream. Decorate with chocolate decorations, nuts and fios de ovos.
Enjoy!
